Saturated fat is found in all animal flesh including its by products such as cheese, eggs, milk & butter.
Saturated fat raises the amount of LDL cholesterol in the blood. High levels of LDL cholesterol increases your chances of having a stroke or developing heart disease.
Saturated fat also causes gallstones. Doctors usually recommend you have your gallbladder removed instead of recommending your remove certain "foods" from your diet!
