Suggested Use
At the first sign of occasional immune challenges, take:
- 2 capsules daily

If taking 2 capsules daily, do not use longer than 22 consecutive days.
Take a 5–7 day break before beginning another cycle if needed.
For general wellness support, take 1 capsule daily for up to 28 consecutive days. After 28 days, take a 21-day break before beginning another cycle. If desired, you may resume use after the break period.
This product is intended for short-term use and should not be used continuously for extended periods like you would with a multivitamin.
