Ingredients: 2 cups of lavender, 1 cup of pure epsom salt 1 cup of sage, 1/2 cup of rosemary & a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil (optional)
Instructions: Place herbs in a large pot and fill with water. Cover the pot and bring to a low simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a large basin and adjust the temperature with cold water. Once the temperature is comfortable place your feet in the water and cover the basin with a large towel.
Tips: Sip herbal tea. Play relaxing, soft music. Feel free to read or journal. Enjoy the herbal blend of the aroma as it escapes.
