-1 Gallon of Spring Water
- 1/2 Grapefruit
- 3 small lemons
- 1 Cucumber
1.Soak all ingredients in baking soda, distilled vinegar and warm water for 30 minutes. (to remove wax, pesticides & germs)
2. Gently scrub the produce while rinsing to ensure its clean.
3. Thinly slice the grapefruit lemons and cucumbers. (Thin slices release the benefits faster)
4. Drop the cut produce into a pitcher and pour the spring water into the pitcher.
It is best to let the water sit overnight or longer. The healing properties in the produce begins to break down. For best results stay away from fried food, sugar, whole grains & dairy.
