INGREDIENTS:
Whole Senna
Cascara Sagrada
Slippery elm
Burdock root
Peppermint
Mullein leaf
DIY Poop Brew Instructions
WHAT YOU NEED:
16oz Mason Jar
Tablespoon
Poop Brew Packet
Tea Kettle or pot
Cheesecloth/herbal infuser/strainer (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil water in a tea kettle or pot. Put 1-2 tbsp of herbs in a mason jar. 2 tbsp makes it stronger
Pour hot water (not boiling hot) into a mason jar over herbs. Screw the lid on the jar.
Let brew steep for 1 hour or atleast 30 minutes.
Consume the entire jar for best results.
