HOW TO USE:
Boil 3–4 quarts of water with a lid. Once you have a rolling boil, turn the heat down, and pour 1/2 cup of herbs from the package. Return the lid so that herbs can steep for 5 minutes. I suggest steaming for 30 minutes. Do not steam over an hour as it may cause vaginal dryness and irritation.
Before you sit or squat makes sure the water is comfortable enough so the steam won’t burn or irritate you. I suggest, taking a shower and cleaning your Yoni first then, steaming.
