Our Cooling Water is a loose leaf blend of Olive Leaf, Peppermint, Oregano, Rosemary, Mullein Leaf, Thyme, and Ginger Root. This blend is crafted to build and support the immune system, cleanse the lymphatic system, fight off certain bacteria and viruses, expel mucus, fight off cold and flu symptoms, reduce inflammation, and may alleviate asthma and bronchitis. This blend is antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial.
Instructions: Add two tbsp to 8oz of hot water. Steep for 20 min. Enjoy!
Elderberry Glycerite Tincture (4 oz)
Our Elderberry Glycerite Tincture is a blend of Elderberry, Echinacea, Clove, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Vegetable Glycerin. This blend is excellent for fighting cold and flu symptoms, including fever. This blend is antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial.
Instructions: Take 4 dropper fulls into juice/water up to 4x/ day
Herbal Bath
Our handcrafted herbal bath is a blend of Epsom salt, Aluminum free baking soda, Pink Himalayan Salt, Magnesium flakes, Peppermint, Calendula, Echinacea, Rosemary, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and Wintergreen Essential Oil. This blend is excellent for relieving aches and pains, detoxifying, breaking up mucus and relieving nasal congestion. This blend creates an aromatherapy effect that can provide much relief from sinus pressure and difficulty breathing. This is not to be taken orally.
Instructions: Add 1-2 cups to bath water. Soak for 30 minutes.
**Tips: For maximum results, please take these products as soon as you feel any symptoms. Cooling Water Tea and Glycerite can be taken as a preventative measure. Always remember: If you rely on herbal medicine when the problem is systemic, the healing process may take longer.
