Wombman Wellness Tea Instructions:
To prepare as an infusion pour 6oz of water over 2 tbsp of herbs. Steep for 6 hours. To prepare as a tea pour 6oz of water over 1 tbsp of herbs. Steep 45 minutes.
To rewarm your tea simply place your mason jar in a pot of hot boiling water. Instruction card included Wombman Wellness Tea can be made as a Tea or Infusion. Both tea and infusions are made by pouring hot water over parts of a plant.
The difference is the amount of herbs being used and how long it’s steeped. If you have PCOS, Infertility, heavy painful cycles, PMS, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Cysts, Elevated Blood Pressure, high A1c, and other hormone imbalances prepare an infusion. If you have minor cramps, dull headaches or simply want to maintain/prevent hormone health prepare as a tea. Please see Wombman Wellness Tea section for more information.
Damiana Instructions:
Pour 6oz of hot water over 1 tablespoon of herbs to creat tea. Let it steep for 20 minutes or more. The longer you steep the more potent. You can also smoke this herb. It makes approximately 8-10 cones/wraps. Makes 7 servings of tea.
Yoni Steam Herbs Instructions:
Boil 3–4 quarts of water with a lid. Once you have a rolling boil, turn the heat down, and pour 1/2 cup of herbs from the package. Return the lid so that herbs can steep for 5 minutes. I suggest steaming for 30 minutes. Do not steam over an hour as it may cause vaginal dryness and irritation. Before you sit or squat makes sure the water is comfortable enough so the steam won’t burn or irritate you. I suggest, taking a shower and cleaning your Yoni first then, steaming. Maca Root Instructions: 1-2 capsules per day with water with or without food. Maca Root is great for balancing hormones and increasing libido.
Boric Acid Vaginal Suppositories Instructions:
Boric Acid Vaginal Suppositories help to relieve burning, itching and eliminate vaginal odor and discharge. The best time to use Boric Acid Vaginal Suppositories is when you have a chronic yeast infection or Bacterial Vaginosis. Simply insert 1 suppository into the vagina at night time. You can do this for up to 5-7 days. Be sure to wear a panty liner as discharge may come out. You can manually insert the suppository into the vagina or use an applicator. You will notice symptoms lessen with the first use! If you have chronic issues continue for two weeks.
Charcoal Bamboo Reusable Pads:
Length 11" width 7" Each package contains 1 leak-free wet bag to store pad in until you wash it. Outer layer of pads is Leak-free lamination fabric. Inner layer is Bamboo Charcoal which prevents smell, provides comfort and is absorbent. Middle layer is Microfiber it provides strong absorbency. These pads has wings that snaps to make that cloth pad stay in place. Rinse pads with cold water to keep off staining and wash separately. Do not need soaking. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Not wash the pads in public facilities. The pads are meant for personal use only and should not be shared with others. Wash pads before using!
